Partner Registration

By submitting listings through this portal, I confirm that I am authorized to represent my company, that all property information submitted is accurate to the best of my knowledge, and that I bear full legal responsibility for the content, accuracy, and legality of any listing I submit, in accordance with the applicable laws of the Sultanate of Oman and/or the United Arab Emirates. I understand that PropTech Khaleej (operated by New Essential Services SPC) reserves the right to review, reject, or remove any listing at its sole discretion, and that PropTech Khaleej bears no liability for content submitted by me. Any non-compliance with local law regarding submitted content is my sole responsibility.

Commission Terms: A commission of the rate specified in my partner account (default 1.5%, subject to individual agreement) is payable to PropTech Khaleej / New Essential Services SPC on any property sale closed with a buyer referred through this platform. I agree to accurately update the status of any referred lead in this portal, including confirming when a sale has closed and when the corresponding commission has been paid. I understand that knowingly submitting false, inaccurate, or misleading information regarding a lead's status or commission payment constitutes a material breach of this agreement, and that PropTech Khaleej may suspend or terminate my account and pursue the outstanding commission owed as a result.

Account Suspension: PropTech Khaleej reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate any Partner account at any time, with or without prior notice, including but not limited to cases of unreliable, inaccurate, or false reporting of lead status or commission payment. PropTech Khaleej is not obligated to disclose its reasoning for such suspension or termination. This right applies regardless of the jurisdiction in which the Partner operates within the GCC.

Platform Access & Changes to Terms: I understand that access to this portal is offered free of any subscription fee for an initial period as communicated to me, after which a platform subscription fee may apply, to be confirmed in writing before activation. Commission terms remain unchanged regardless of subscription status. PropTech Khaleej may modify its pricing structure, including introducing subscription fees or alternative commission arrangements, with reasonable written notice to Partners. Continued use of the platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
