PropTech Khaleej connects property developers and licensed real estate agencies ("Partners") with prospective buyers and investors across the GCC. We generate and qualify buyer interest through digital marketing and an AI-assisted chatbot, and share qualifying enquiries with the relevant Partner. We do not act as a broker and do not participate in, negotiate, or guarantee any property transaction. All sales, pricing, availability, and contractual matters are the sole responsibility of the Partner you are connected with.
Developers and agencies registering through our Partner Portal are additionally bound by the Partner Agreement presented and accepted at the point of registration, which covers listing accuracy, legal compliance responsibility, and commission terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Partner Agreement on matters specific to Partner accounts, the Partner Agreement governs.
All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, design, graphics, and the overall look and feel — is the property of New Essential Services SPC or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, mirror, or create derivative works from the Site or its content without our prior written permission.
